2004 Ferrari 575 GTZ Zagato

The 2004 Ferrari 575GTZ Zagato was born out of a collaboration between Ferrari and the renowned Milanese coachbuilder, Zagato, to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the iconic 250 GT Zagato. Officially known as 'Project Zero,' development began in 2005, with the 575M 'Maranello' serving as the base model. Ferrari authorized Zagato to use its branding, allowing the GTZ to be introduced at the Concorso d'Eleganza Villa d'Este in 2006, following a postponement from the Geneva Motor Show.

At the heart of the 575 GTZ is a powerful 5.7-liter V12 engine, delivering exhilarating acceleration and dynamic performance.

The 575 GTZ features a unique aluminum body that echoes the design elements of its legendary predecessor, including Zagato’s signature double-bubble roof, prominent fenders, and a striking grille. A total of six examples were produced, each customizable to the owner's specifications, with the first two models commissioned by a Japanese collector.

Specifications: 540 bhp, 5,748 cc 65-degree V-12 engine, six-speed electro-hydraulic F-1 transmission, independent front and rear suspension with coil springs, telescopic shock absorbers with adaptive damping and anti-roll bars, and four-wheel disc brakes.

Chassis 134936, the second of the six completed, boasts a distinctive all-black finish and a striking dark green interior, making it a standout piece among its peers. Having only covered 3,300 miles since new, this example is both road-registered in the US and suitable for export to EEC countries and beyond. The 575 GTZ represents a sophisticated blend of modern performance and classic Italian design, solidifying its place in Ferrari’s legacy.
